Problem Solving & Decision Making

This program will take participants through the whole problem solving process which leads them towards making sound decisions within any situations. Information will be provided on generating ideas, forecasting, assessing risks and dealing with personnel issues.

This program ensures a fun and pragmatic learning. Participants will be exposed to hands-on, easy to use problem solving and decision making tools and techniques. These practical techniques will help participants explore problem solving and decision-making steps, and generate new ideas and alternatives to brainstorming.
